Safe Passage Through Storms
  We  all long for healthy relationships and skills to navigate life when the waters are rough. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support people to understand how their thoughts, feelings and actions impact their lives. This approach leads to gained insight that in turns facilitates change. I also support couples and families through a Structural Family Therapy approach. Every relationship has a unique structure. Changing unhealthy aspects of a relationship strengthens the structure of the relationship.
